RideRunner 5.2.0 is on its way to TestFlight. This update is about the parts of the app you use after the ride: showing it off, comparing it with your friends, and keeping your history clean and quick as it grows.
Share your ride as a single image
Finished a ride worth showing? Tap Share on the ride detail screen and RideRunner turns it into one image: your route, distance, top speed, Hooligan score, and your rider face in the expression that ride actually earned. It goes out through your phone’s normal share sheet, so it lands wherever your riding friends already are.
Rides you share with friends now reach your friends
If you keep a ride set to friends, it now shows up when a friend opens your profile. Public rides stay public, private rides stay private, and only riders you are actually connected with see the ones you meant for them. Your own history keeps showing you everything.
Cleaner teams
Team rosters are tidier. Duplicate member entries have been repaired, member counts are accurate again, and team admins can now remove a member properly. The last admin on a team cannot be removed, so a team can never be left without someone who can manage it.
A ride history that stays fast
Long ride histories used to make the profile slow, because every card, route preview and location lookup tried to load at once. Your history now loads as you scroll, so a rider with hundreds of saved rides can open their profile and browse it smoothly.
Your stats, from your own rides
Your personal stats page now reads from your real ride history. Top speed and total elevation reflect the rides you have actually recorded, instead of falling back on placeholder values.
Safety reminders, once and in the right place
The in-app safety disclaimer now appears where it matters: first use of crash detection and SOS, community posts, uploads and checkout. Accept it once and it stays out of your way.
That’s 5.2.0! Update through Apple and Playstores when it lands, take it out on a route you know well, and let us know how it feels. Ride safe.
